WHAT IS ACACIA HONEY
This is a very mild tasting tree blossom honey. It has one of the lightest tastes in the world of honey, it is a little like a soft silky and cream taste . This comes from bees feeding on the Acacia blossoms on the Bulgarian Acacia trees. It has a very low glucose content so tends to always be in a runny state, the tree has been well known throughout history as a source of medicine by the African tribes, Greeks, Romans and European settlers.
