Returns policy


We hope you are very happy with the items you have bought from us, but if you have an issue, you can return or exchange them.

• If you wish to return an item to us, you have 14 days to do so. This period begins from the day you receive your order.
• When the refund has been complete, we only refund the full price of the items.
• Cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer unless Jubbas.com made a mistake with the item or it was damaged in transit.
• When returning items, please ensure the labels and tags are still attached and that they are returned in the original packaging.
• Sale items are subject to exchange only. No refunds are offered on sale items.

Trying on Clothing

• Please ensure when you are trying on your Jubba Trousers that you wear them over your own underwear.
• For hygienic reasons, please do not remove the seal. If the seal is removed, we have reasonable grounds for declining your refund.
• When trying on clothing, please do not wear aftershave or deodorant as this may leave a scent or marks on the item.

How do I return an item?

1. Repack the items in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
2. Cover your address label with the Jubbas.com | 6 Higher Eanam | Blackburn | Lancashire | BB1 3AZ
3. Take the package to the Post Office and remember to obtain a proof of postage from them. Do not post through the letterbox. Use the Post Office courier.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as proof of your return.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
