Exchanges and returns at (J Lifestyle Store), buyers are responsible to return the item, unless agreed prior to sending.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. (J Lifestyle Store) reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Yes, if it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Items must be received by us in the same condition as sent. Any items which appear to have been worn will be returned to the buyer

Keep the following exceptions in mind:

Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker

Headscarf/Hijabs/Veil: Items may not be exchanged or returned, unless authorised prior making the purchase.

Undergarment (Men’s/Boys/Ladies Trousers): may not refund due to hygiene reasons

Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging

Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging

Sale Items: sale items can only be exchanged

Personalized Products: Personalized items are non-refundable

Some of our brands, including watches, jewellery, headscarf have their own policies and bespoke, altered, personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged

Refunds will be issued within three working days but may take 5 working days to show on your PayPal | Credit | Debit card account.
