Returns & Exchanges
- Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?
Exchanges and returns at Jubbas.com, buyers are responsible to return the item, unless agreed prior to sending.
- How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Jubbas.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
How can I make an exchange or return?
- At Jubbas.com stores: go to one of our Al Imaan/Jubbas.com stores, as long as the store is in the same country/region in which the purchase was made. You will be able to make a return or request an exchange in size or colour.
- At Jubbas.com:go to My Account > Orders and returns to request an exchange in size or make a return.
- If you placed your order as a guest, you will be able to make a return by accessing the link included in the order confirmation email.
- Can I keep the original item after having requested an online exchange at Jubbas.com?
No. If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.
- Once I have exchanged an item, can I return online the new item at Jubbas.com?
Yes. You can return it within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment of the new order.
- Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, if it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker
- Headscarf: headscarf items may not be exchanged or returned
- Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging
- Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging
- Sale Items: sale items can only be exchanged
- Some of our brands, including watches, jewellery, headscarf have their own policies and bespoke, altered, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged
- When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
