All goods must be sent back in their original condition, along with the original tags and packaging. Items will be inspected upon return, and will be returned to the sender if they are not in their original saleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
SALE/WHITE FRIDAY: Sale/Reduced/White Friday or clearance items (final sale), any items that are reduced from full price are non-returnable/exchangeable
Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker
Bisht Coat: Re-Stocking fee of £5 is applied when returning BISHT
Headscarf/Shemagh/Hijabs/Veil: Non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
Undergarment (Men’s/Boys/Ladies Trousers): Non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging and unopened
Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging/unopened
Roll Oils/Attar: non-refundable/non-exchangeable item
Personalised Products: Customised items are non-refundable
In-Store Purchases: Items bought at our retail stores are eligible for exchange or credit note only. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Restocking Fees/Buying Multiple Sizes/Bisht
- To ensure fairness to all customers, we ask that you carefully check our size chart before ordering.
- If you purchase multiple sizes and return the extras, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
- Repeated multiple-size returns may result in a 10% restocking fee per item or account restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse excessive returns.
Some of our brands, including watches, jewellery, headscarf have their own policies and bespoke, altered, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged
